Reading the general rules
These Promotion Terms apply to every offer in Promotions, including the welcome offer and Mont-Tremblant Rewards. Your account also displays the specific details of each offer, and where those details differ from these terms, the offer's details take priority.
Bonuses are for leisure play. Bonus money is not cash until its wagering is complete.
Watching the expiry date
Every bonus carries an expiry date, listed in the offer details. When it passes, any unused bonus balance and unfinished wagering are removed. Your own deposited cash is never removed when a bonus expires.
Holding one bonus
You can hold just one active bonus. A new offer becomes available after you have wagered, cancelled or let expire the bonus you currently hold.
Claiming the welcome offer
Welcome offer: deposit C$10, 25x wagering.
Your first deposit needs to be at least C$10 to unlock the welcome bonus. Wagering is 25x the deposit on eligible games, and table games count 8% toward it.

No-deposit offers are not available. A minimum deposit of C$10 is required for every offer.
Meeting the wagering
Wagering is based on your deposit amount, not the bonus amount. Game types count as follows:
- Eligible games: shown in the offer details. Wagering progresses only with stakes on these games.
- Table games: each stake counts at 8%.
- Games not on the eligible list: nothing counts.
Your wagering progress shows in your account at all times.
Staking within the limit
Certain offers cap the stake allowed per individual spin or round until wagering is complete, and the offer details show this cap. If you bet more than it, we can void the bonus and withdraw any winnings it generated.
Opting in
We add a bonus only if you opt in: pick the offer in Promotions or on the deposit page before depositing. No offer is compulsory, and playing with cash alone is always an option.
You may also cancel a bonus from your account. Doing so removes both the bonus balance and any winnings it generated.
Playing fair with bonuses
We void bonuses, together with any related winnings, if we find:
- a person holding more than one account, or a shared device used to claim one offer twice;
- low-risk patterns that cover several outcomes to clear wagering;
- stakes above an offer limit, or play on games outside the eligible list;
- stolen or third-party payment methods.
Repeated abuse can lead to the end of offers on the account, or to account closure under our Account Terms.
Converting to cash
Once wagering is complete, your bonus balance becomes withdrawable cash. A conversion limit applies to some promotions. Where one does, it is shown alongside the offer before you accept, and anything above it is taken off when wagering finishes. Standard withdrawal rules continue to apply, including the C$100 minimum for Interac and eCheck.
Checking who can take part
Offers are open to players 19 or over who are in Canada and have completed identity (KYC) and location checks. Availability depends on local law, so some players will not see every offer. We send no offers to anyone with an active self-exclusion or break.
Changing these terms
We may amend these terms, or close a promotion early, whenever legislation or our range of offers shifts. Each amended version appears here, stating the day from which it is valid. Bonuses you accepted before an amendment remain subject to whichever conditions were in force at the moment you took them.
